It Ends With You: How God Can Stop the Pain
What if the cycle that's wounded your family doesn't have to continue?
“keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children's children, to the third and the fourth generation.”
— Exodus 34:7
Lord, I bring you every pattern I inherited that doesn't belong to your Kingdom. I hand you the anger I learned before I could even speak, the fear I absorbed as a child, the bitterness I didn't choose but have carried anyway. Help me to be the one in my family line who stopped the cycle — not in my own strength, but in yours. I receive your forgiveness today for every way I've wounded others. Break what needs breaking in me. And let my obedience become a blessing I pass on instead of a wound. In Jesus' name, Amen.
