God's Message: Your Pain Is Real, But Not Your Identity
When exhaustion and anxiety feel endless, what if there's a voice saying something different?
“"Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!"”
— Psalm 46:10

When exhaustion and anxiety feel endless, what if there's a voice saying something different?

There's a specific kind of ache that comes when a familiar message arrives — and God has something to say about it.

What if your next scroll could become an encounter with God?
Gracious God, You see the exhaustion I sometimes hide from everyone else. You know the weight I carry, and You do not turn away. Help me to receive Your kindness as genuine—not as another thing to perform, but as a gift I can simply rest in. Teach me that stillness before You is not surrender, but safety. Remind me that this painful season is not forever, and that You are making all things new, including my weary heart. In Jesus' name, Amen.
